Dimensional is a financial advisory firm in Austin, TX that prides itself on a first in-class client experience and data-driven financial solutions. We collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to transform their client website so that it would align more cohesively with their unique brand standards and client experience.

Early last year, Dimensional began the overhaul of their dated client web site experience. Plagued by old architecture and a frustrating user experience; the existing site simply pushed clients away from using it.

We are currently testing the MVP version of the client site. This includes testing functionality on the front end as well as configuring the machine learning platform on the backend (Coveo). With a soft launch approaching in Q2, we are excited to get the site in front of clients! In the meantime, check out this prototype of one of the data experiences.
