One of the main shortcomings of the site was it was dated. The firm had grown significantly and it was time to update the front end; but also the platforms supporting the site on the backend. Secondly, the existing site was not relatable. It relied heavily on research, and technical data; which was not the best solution for a site speaking to a broad public audience.
By introducing a more personal experience, Dimensional hoped to change some misconceptions about the brand. In addition, the firm adopted a more story-based approach for the home page to increase engagement and introduce Dimensional to those who have not heard of the brand.
The redesign has performed exceptionally. Site metrics are up over twenty percent; and the numbers exceed most of the industry benchmarks. More importantly, the new public has allowed the firm to push further into the social media realm to increase their audience and share their message with more potential clients.
